2. Personal Data We Collect

When you submit a contact or enquiry form on our website, we collect the information you provide directly: your full name, email address, phone number, company name, budget or company size, and the details of your message.

We may also automatically collect technical data such as cookies, device and browser type, IP address, and page interactions, via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. Technical data for analytics is collected only after you give consent through the cookie banner.

3. Purposes & Legal Basis

We process your personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, and provide the sales contact you requested, relying on your consent and/or our legitimate interests.

For website analytics and marketing measurement, we rely on your consent, which is managed through the cookie banner. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and client-side storage technologies to remember your preferences and for analytics. Analytics cookies are activated only after you grant consent.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data to processors who provide services to us, only as necessary:

• An email-notification provider (noti.scapp.work), which delivers your form submission as an email to our commercial@sourcecode.co.th mailbox.
• Microsoft Corporation, through the Microsoft 365 service we use as our corporate email system.
• Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4) for tag management and analytics — only where consent is given.
• Google Fonts CDN for rendering web fonts (note: the Chinese-language pages use system fonts, so no Google Fonts request is made).

6. Cross-Border Transfer

Your personal data is collected and initially processed on servers located in Thailand.

However, we use Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation) as our corporate email system, which may process or store data on servers located outside Thailand. We take steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards as required by the PDPA.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for a period of 2 years from your last interaction with us.

After this period, your data is deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

The Company is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified. We apply appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
